Data processing addendum
Customer source processing is not enabled yet.
This page is a readiness notice, not an executed Data Processing Addendum. Shepherd will not accept or process customer source material until a qualified DPA and written pilot order are agreed.
Before processing begins
The executed DPA will identify controller and processor roles, documented instructions, confidentiality, security measures, subprocessors, international transfers, retention, deletion, audit support, and incident notification.
No training claim
Customer-content training terms will follow the verified provider contract and will be stated explicitly before processing. No broader claim is made on this public page.
Current action
Qualified pilot organisations can request the proposed DPA from hello@thealphazed.com. Do not provide confidential source material before it is signed.
