How the public Shepherd release handles information.
Alphazed LTD is responsible for the Shepherd public website. The marketing and illustrative-sample pages do not accept customer source material.
What we process
Basic technical analytics may record page and interaction data. If you email us about a pilot, your email and message are used to respond to that enquiry. Account identity and workspace details are processed to create, secure, and restore your Shepherd account and company workspace.
What we do not collect here
The public marketing release has no source upload. Do not send confidential client material through the website or an unsolicited email.
Sharing and retention
We use service providers only to operate the website and respond to enquiries. Pilot-specific retention, subprocessors, international transfers, deletion, and export terms are confirmed before customer material is processed.
Your choices
You may ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy right by emailing hello@thealphazed.com.
