Terms of service
Terms for this public Shepherd release.
These public pages explain a proposed managed Client Brief service. They do not create a paid order or authorize Shepherd to process confidential customer sources.
Illustrative material
The sample uses a fictional company and invented source material. It is not a customer result, benchmark, guarantee, or promise of accuracy.
Pilot discussion
The £1,500 + VAT pilot and £299 + VAT continuation figure are current commercial hypotheses. A pilot exists only when both parties sign a separate written order covering scope, dates, data handling, responsibilities, support, cancellation, refund, and legal-entity terms.
No automatic renewal
The proposed pilot ends after 30 calendar days. There is no automatic rollover or charge. Any continuation requires a separate written order.
Product boundary
Shepherd drafts for internal human review. It does not contact clients, approve facts, act on drafts, or fill unsupported gaps with plausible text.
